I’ve held various scientific and management roles in chemical R&D and innovation management, building technical expertise in organic chemistry, flow chemistry, and automation. At two Max Planck Institutes, I successfully led projects both independently and as part of larger teams, offering strategic and methodical insights. Along the way, I gained extensive experience in scientific communication and third-party funding acquisition.

As Head of Strategy at the Center for the Transformation of Chemistry (CTC), I worked with scientists bridging AI, automation, chemistry, and material science—many of whom were frustrated by mounting administrative burdens. Through analyzing researchers’ day-to-day workflows, I discovered that more experience often meant more time lost to bureaucracy. Inspired by my work drafting organizational strategies to foster entrepreneurship at the CTC, I founded my own company to tackle these core “pain points,” both bureaucratic and scientific.
